Ordering
Order forms are available through team managers and the website. Please ensure full payment is enclosed with the order form and that they are sent to the following address by no later than 28th of each month. (They can be sent via team managers if required.)

Monthly orders will be submitted to our supplier on the last working day of each month (however, there is a minimum order quantity of 8 items, should there not be a large enough volume one month, the items will be carried over to the next order date).
Delivery
As this is a new venture, we are not 100% on delivery time scales. By keeping the orders small and regular we understand that delivery should be quick. However, our initial order may take up to 3 weeks to come through. We hope future orders will be as quick as a week once we have a regular system. Please bear with us.
Returns Policy
Please note, personalised items (initials) are non returnable unless faulty. Therefore, please ensure you order the correct sizes. All other items may be returned to the Club and a replacement ordered.
